Avant Vision Co. is a Houston-based marketing and business development firm specializing in B2B sales and customer acquisition. We partner with leading telecom providers to bring tailored communication solutions directly to local businesses using a face-to-face, relationship-driven approach focused on long-term value. We’re growing fast and are looking for motivated entry-level professionals eager to build a career in sales, account management, and client relations. As an Entry-Level Business Account Manager, you will work directly with business owners and decision makers to present telecom solutions, build client relationships, and close sales in your assigned territory. This role combines outside sales, customer service, and account management – ideal for outgoing, goal-oriented candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and prospect new business clients
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business customers
- Present telecom service options using a consultative sales approach
- Negotiate contracts and close new business accounts
- Maintain and grow client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools (training provided)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members, attend training, and participate in strategy sessions
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation, competitive mindset, and willingness to learn
- Professional, confident, and comfortable with face-to-face sales
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Reliable transportation
