Key Responsibilities

• Generate new client appointments using firm provided leads
• Host client meetings with assistance from firm leadership
• Build a book of business from day one with equity in your practice
• Design and implement comprehensive financial plans
• Host client review meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or an industry-related field
• Seeking upcoming 2026 May graduates, current 2025 graduates, and Alumni
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. No Visa Sponsorship Available
• Must be able to work at the office location 5 days per week (Plum Borough, PA)
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a PA Life and Health license and Series 65 within 3 months of hire
