Product Manager (Information Technology Executive 2) - 2 Positions

Position Overview

The Health and Human Services (HHS) IT Delivery Center is seeking a Product Manager to join our delivery center team. In this role you will develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for Department of Human Services (DHS) applications while working with stakeholders across the Commonwealth during a transformational period of technology, design, and experience management. Salary: $100,773.00 - $153,096.00 Annually. Location: Dauphin County, PA. Schedule: Full-time (typically 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday with flexible scheduling).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document the capabilities needed to meet digital experience objectives.
• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that maps out the long-term vision and identifies key milestones in alignment with program goals.
• Serve as a liaison between business and IT groups to drive effective communication and solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience Required: Either eleven years of professional IT experience; or seven years of professional IT experience with a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
