Entry-level Copier Technician - Full-time

Position Overview

Pacific Office Automation, the nation’s largest independently-owned document imaging and technology dealer since 1976, is seeking an entry-level Copier Technician. You will join the service team on-site at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, WA and surrounding clinics. PAID TRAINING is provided to help you start your career in this cutting-edge industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair office equipment including copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.
• Provide high-quality technical support to our customer base.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop creative solutions for unusual technical problems.

Required Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical mindset.
• Strong computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox and other manufacturers.
