Project Manager, Medicaid Growth & Retention (Remote)

Position Overview

Molina Healthcare is hiring a Program Manager, Medicaid Growth & Retention. This role is responsible for understanding and tracking field activities to engage communities and drive enrollment growth. It also directly impacts provider partnerships and ensures members receive consistent messaging and aligned activities to drive enrollment outcomes. Additionally, the role oversees project schedules, budgets, and the work of external vendors, ensuring overall project/program management success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects across the entire project lifecycle including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and target/actual completion dates.
• Revise project plans as necessary to meet evolving requirements and needs.
• Prepare and submit project status reports to management.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings, managing logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
