Position Overview

El Toro Interactive is a digital marketing agency operating in a full‐service eCommerce ecosystem specializing in fashion and beauty. This fully remote position seeks a dynamic SEO Director to lead a team of 3+ professionals. The role is responsible for guiding the agency's SEO service offering, defining and managing team processes and deliverables, overseeing the team P&L, and representing the SEO team on sales calls. Reports to the Senior Director of El Toro Interactive.

Compensation:$90,000 to $100,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SEO team of 3+ members.
• Guide and expand the SEO service offering and strategy.
• Define and manage team processes, including process documentation, training, and adoption of tools such as Jira.
• Oversee team P&L and ensure accurate time tracking via Harvest.
• Represent the SEO team during sales calls and client engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SEO with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Strong team leadership skills with experience in process documentation and training.
• Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Jira and Harvest for workflow and time management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive sales support initiatives.
