Position Overview

AMIRI is seeking an enthusiastic Client Advisor for its SoHo location. This role is focused on delivering quality client service, achieving individual sales goals, and building lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge and selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including: Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT) & Average Dollar per Transaction (ADT).
  • Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude at all times.
  • Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment by delivering best in class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge by engaging clients and detailing the craftsmanship and narrative of products.
  • Develop and grow a dynamic local and international client book and network.
  • Partner with store and corporate management teams to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
  • Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request.
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect the Boutique’s assets by complying with operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
  • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
  • Outstanding customer service skills across all mediums (in-person, written, phone, etc.).
  • Ability to accurately read, count, and write to complete all business and client-related transactions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Capability to operate necessary equipment (phones, cash register, computer) and other office tools.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move/handle boxes and bags, and lift at least 30lbs.
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • High school or equivalent education.
