Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, starting with meeting hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools.
  • Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks to ensure optimal alignment with roles.
  • Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for their new roles.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work in a performance-based environment
