We’re creating a network of independent Sync Agents who can source real opportunities, bring in briefs, and help close licensing deals across film, TV, advertising, and digital campaigns.

The Role

We’re looking for hungry, resourceful individuals who can generate and close sync opportunities.

This is not a passive role. You will be expected to:

• Source and build relationships with brands, agencies, music supervisors, and content creators
• Generate qualified sync briefs (ads, TV, film, social campaigns, etc.)
• Match opportunities with the right music from our catalog
• Help drive deals from intro → brief → placement → close

What You’ll Earn

• Commission on every deal you bring in and close
• Tiered upside based on volume and performance
