Job Description

Position Overview

Anthology delivers education and technology solutions that empower educators and institutions worldwide. As an Interim Recruiter (Remote – US), you will conduct candidate interviews, manage onboarding tasks, and ensure accurate data entry into recruiting systems. This role supports our mission to foster student success and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews
  • Schedule and conduct professional interviews and make new hire recommendations
  • Collect, manage, and file personnel paperwork, including new hire documents
  • Create offer letters, submit background checks, and administer new hire packages through Emptrust
  • Perform follow-up to ensure timely and accurate return of paperwork
  • Validate and enter HR data for domestic equipment shipments
  • Respond to candidate inquiries regarding next steps in the hiring process and update applications
  • Generate routine weekly data reports on onboarding and hiring metrics
  • Handle multiple tasks concurrently and escalate issues promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Experience with recruitment processes, databases, and various applicant tracking systems
  • Good decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and OneDrive
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (CEF B2 level or above)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to accept a temporary assignment
  • Must reside within an approved state
  • Must be able to work from home with a high-speed Internet Connection (Cable, Fiber, DSL); requirements: 40 Mbps Download, 20 Mbps Upload, 100ms Ping or less, 40 MS Jitter or less, and a hardwired connection

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $23.00/hour. We use national and industry-specific survey data, along with external market rates, budget considerations, and internal compensation benchmarks to determine pay. Some roles may include variable pay.
