Job Description

Position Overview

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent Recruiter to join their busy and dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Arlington, VA. In this role you will support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding for account executives, sales operations and related roles. The position is Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite at a metro accessible office in Arlington, VA, and a 37.5-hour work week. Compensation: $45/hr–$58/hr while temporary (DOE) and $110k–$130k when permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and logistics for sales and related roles.
  • Review and screen resumes, manage internal notes, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and completion of new hire and employment paperwork.
  • Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.
  • Collaborate on job postings and tailor role requirements for sales positions.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales recruitment experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in WorkDay (or similar ATS) and MS Office.
  • Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A personable demeanor with an ability to relate to others.
