    Our client, a well-known company located in Jacksonville, is now hiring Computer Support Assistants! These professionals are a key part of the Help Desk team – the primary hub of technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. In this role, you will support the Help Desk Support Specialists by assisting users with their questions, training them on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving challenges in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate with the entire IT team and interact with system and computer users throughout the company.
