Job Description

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation while ensuring that all projects adhere to agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills using tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. The work schedule is 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday (with potential overtime, depending on the project), and the role is fully onsite with potential travel requirements during go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
  • Accountable for meeting scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
  • Develop project plans and drive critical project milestones.
  • Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to project resources and ensure effective change management.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, status reports, and budgets throughout the project.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Health Care Implementations.
  • Proven IT project management skills.
  • Expertise in network standardization, including infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and collaboration tools such as TEAMS, SharePoint, and email.
  • Background in Telecom and end user technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certified.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Specialized knowledge in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
