Napa Rose Host/Cashier - Part Time

Position Overview

Located inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Napa Rose is an award-winning fine dining restaurant known for its extensive wine list, exceptional service, and exquisite California cuisine. As we prepare for an exciting transformation in early 2026 with a bold new menu and reimagined space, we invite passionate food and beverage professionals to create magical memories through world-class service. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, managing reservations and seating flow with warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Guests with directions, event schedules, and other assistance to deliver excellent guest service.
• Assign open tables to guests and monitor dining room status.
• Escort guests to their tables, ensure menu cleanliness, and keep an eye on the restaurant lobby.
• Retrieve highchairs, slings, and boosters for little guests.
• Pull chairs out for guests.
• Answer phone calls promptly and assist with reservation bookings, directions, and inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
• Experience with multi-tasking.
• Technical proficiency in booking, changing, and updating reservations.
• Knowledge of Forbes standards is a plus.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Poised and professional communication with strong verbal and non-verbal skills.
