Position Overview
Join the Magic at Napa Rose – Where Fine Dining Meets Disney Magic at the Disneyland® Resort. Located inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Napa Rose is an award-winning fine dining restaurant known for its extensive wine list, exceptional service, and exquisite California cuisine. As we prepare for an exciting transformation in early 2026 with a bold new menu and reimagined space, we invite passionate food and beverage professionals to create magical memories through world-class service. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, managing reservations and seating flow with warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Guests with directions, event schedules, and other assistance to deliver excellent guest service.
- Assign open tables to guests and monitor dining room status.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensure menu cleanliness, and keep an eye on the restaurant lobby.
- Retrieve highchairs, slings, and boosters for little guests.
- Pull chairs out for guests.
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist with reservation bookings, directions, and inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
- Experience with multi-tasking.
- Technical proficiency in booking, changing, and updating reservations.
- Knowledge of Forbes standards is a plus.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Poised and professional communication with strong verbal and non-verbal skills.

- Flexible shift availability with Breakfast and Dinner service. Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM and extend until after midnight based on business needs.
