Key Responsibilities

- Promotional Campaign Execution – Design and execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and shopper marketing campaigns.
- Market & Consumer Insights – Utilize analytics, market research, and consumer feedback to refine trade strategies.
- Budget & Performance Optimization – Manage trade marketing budgets, track KPIs, and adjust programs to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with sales, marketing, category management, and supply chain teams to align strategies.
- Brand Visibility & Merchandising – Elevate brand presence with effective merchandising and in-store marketing materials.
- Event & Trade Show Management – Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events.
- Regulatory Compliance & Brand Standards – Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or category management within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Proven track record in executing successful trade promotions and optimizing retail execution.
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Expertise in using data analytics to drive decision-making and marketing strategies.
- Commitment to maintaining brand integrity, regulatory compliance, and ethical trade practices.
