Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, email, and web).
- Assist with intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
- Assist in SEO projects, including blog posts and website content.
- Shadow various functions of the homebuilding process to gain a holistic view of the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years of age; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program; minimum of sophomore status.
- Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills, tech-savvy with experience in Excel and Microsoft Teams, and a motivated, coachable, action-oriented mindset. Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Rising juniors, rising seniors, or graduate students are preferred.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is preferred.
- Extracurricular involvement or leadership roles are considered a plus.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $20-22 per hour
- Schedule: 40 hours per week with flexibility based on individual student needs and internship position requirements

- Location: Various locations across Central East (North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee), North (Minnesota, Ohio), Southeast (Florida, Georgia), and West (New Mexico, Nevada)
