Registered Nurse - Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional healthcare team. You will deliver nursing care to residents while guiding and supporting a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest degree of quality care and dignity. Our organization is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centered care in a compassionate, family-oriented environment. Salary Range: $44.00 to $50.00

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for residents.

Required Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state – New Grads Welcomed!
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
• Experience with PointClickCare.
