Electrical Designer / Electrical Engineer - Level II & III

Position Overview

Our Electrical Engineers and Designers are responsible for the design, coordination, documentation, and delivery of advanced electrical building systems that balance rigorous safety and code requirements with aesthetic and practical considerations. In this role, you will independently perform intermediate electrical design tasks, prepare design documents, coordinate with project teams, mentor junior staff, and support business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate-level calculations and design with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and modify plans, reports, and technical documents.
- Review shop drawings for compliance with required standards.
- Guide junior designers and provide technical support as needed.
- Participate in business development and client coordination activities.
- Support project management and coordination tasks, ensuring that design requirements are met.
- Maintain and update knowledge of codes, standards, and design tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and core design principles
- Ability to lead small tasks or portions of projects with strong technical insight
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, the A&E industry, codes, design guides, and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- FE and PE completion preferred
- Completion of FE exam, as well as LEED and/or WELL accreditation
