Position Overview

As a Starbucks Beverage Operations Crew, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Starbucks Experience by providing outstanding service and expertly crafting a variety of offerings. You will develop your skills in food and beverage preparation, collaborate closely with fellow baristas, and engage with a diverse customer base in a lively store atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential
• Consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations
• Ability to work varied schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Adherence to store procedures and benchmarks in serving quality beverages and food products, handling cash transactions, and securing the store
• Friendly client interaction with effective communication
• Capability to craft dishes and drinks following standard or modified recipes
• Willingness to tackle a multitude of responsibilities during shifts
• Quick learner with an aptitude for skill development
• Ability to grasp and follow both oral and written instructions, seeking clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven collaborative skills for functioning effectively within a team
• Capacity to develop meaningful connections and rapport with colleagues and customers
