Job Description

Position Overview

ICF is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies with strategic technology partners. This role will be pivotal in amplifying ICF’s brand presence, driving demand generation, and accelerating partner‑sourced revenue. Working as part of ICF’s corporate marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our Digital Platforms Practices and Alliances to maximize the partner ecosystem. This hybrid role is based in Reston, VA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners, serving as a strategic advocate for ICF’s marketing needs.
  • Develop and maintain an annual joint marketing plan for priority technology partners, including social media strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and partner managers to align marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel partner marketing programs including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Develop joint messaging, create marketing collateral, and manage partner marketing portals to support integrated go‑to‑market efforts.
  • Support planning and execution of partner and industry events, including sponsorships and strategic participation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data‑driven recommendations for future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel development, or integrated multi‑channel marketing roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and executing joint go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Proven track record in driving measurable business outcomes in technology or highly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing strategic partner engagements and delivering integrated campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Seismic).
  • Successful experience leveraging partner market development funds with technology partners such as AWS, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
