Job Description

Position Overview

As a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategy of integrated demand generation programs that create pipeline and revenue growth for high-growth businesses targeting US-based prospects. You will partner with Sales, Sales Development, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing teams in the US to deliver full-funnel campaigns aligned to growth goals. You will sit within the Revenue Marketing team and report to a Director of Revenue Marketing, playing a critical role in scaling predictable revenue. Location: This is a remote position based in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement multi-channel revenue marketing programs across inbound, outbound, ABM, nurture, and sales-aligned plays to support acquisition and expansion within US-focused markets.
  • Collaborate daily with US-based Sales, SDR, and Marketing partners to develop targeting, messaging, and enablement that improves funnel conversion and pipeline velocity.
  • Monitor performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and bookings, using data to improve campaigns and support regular business reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign management for SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience supporting high-growth businesses or segments operating at 50%+ year-over-year growth rates.
  • Hands-on experience implementing campaigns targeting US-based audiences, with an understanding of US B2B buying motions and sales cycles.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, ABM orchestration tools, and data tools.
  • Professional proficiency in English, establishing effective communication and engagement with US-based teams and partners.

  • Compensation: Colorado $111,300 - $178,100 (annually), Washington $111,300 - $196,700 (annually), California $111,300 - $215,400 (annually), NYC $111,300 - $215,400 (annually) with eligibility for an annual bonus.
