Job Description

Position Overview

The Amazon Fuse team works across Amazon to bring our consumer service offerings – including Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Kindle, Alexa, and more – to hundreds of global partners. In this role, the Regional Operations Manager will manage billing relationships with external partners and support the Americas team to drive operational efficiency and business strategy. You will be instrumental in developing streamlined billing systems, creating operational mechanisms, and ensuring timely payments, all while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, opportunities, and areas for improvement to build and manage key mechanisms driving regional growth.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver partner invoices, billing queries, and SLAs to ensure effective account measurement and support.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Ops team, BD team, and external partners to ensure timely receipt of payments and quick resolution of disputes.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Compensation: Base pay ranges from $120,500/year to $199,300/year based on geographic market and relevant factors.
