Position Overview

Anthropologie is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join us for the Summer. Our Digital Marketing intern is a creative and dynamic team player. Opportunities in this area will help champion our brand through contribution to our digital, CRM, Email, SEO and Analytic teams.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Application Process: 1. Apply to one internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If a project component is required in the application, it must be submitted with your application. 2. Complete a video interview within 2 days upon receiving the invitation. 3. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis. Applications close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of digital marketing content by collaborating with brand marketing, product, merchandising and creative teams to ensure content and timing align with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize user generated content in brand digital channels.
  • Present opportunities for channel growth, testing, and adoption of new strategies in marketing efforts.
  • Analyze and assess marketing efforts using data.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Understanding of Marketing/CRM platforms as well as social platforms.
  • Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.
  • Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table.
  • Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
