Key Responsibilities
- Build & Maintain Marketing Automation – Create, iterate, and document automated lead‑capture, scoring, and nurture journeys using HubSpot and complementary tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, etc.).
- Launch AI‑Powered Touchpoints – Prototype and deploy AI agents that personalize outreach, trigger follow‑ups, and enrich contact data.
- Data Integration & Reporting – Connect CRM, analytics, and financial systems, and surface dashboards that illuminate funnel health and ROI.
- Segment & Target – Develop audience segments and dynamic content rules to reach buyers with relevant messaging.
- Process Improvement – Audit workflows, identify friction, and implement optimizations to shorten sales cycles and boost conversion rates.
- Enable the Team – Document best practices and train Marketing & Sales on new automations and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth marketing (fintech/SaaS preferred).
- Proven experience owning marketing automation platforms – ideally HubSpot – and orchestrating multi‑step campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Comfortable with workflow builders and no‑code/low‑code integration tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and open to light scripting (JavaScript/Python).
- Data‑driven – Skilled at pulling reports, building dashboards, and turning insights into optimized campaigns.
- Detail‑oriented & deadline‑driven – Able to manage projects autonomously and consistently hit deliverables.
- Ability to translate high‑level growth frameworks into executable, documented processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models & AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API) for personalization or predictive lead scoring.
- Experience with Clay or similar enrichment/lead‑gen platforms.
- Early‑stage or “founding team” startup background.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
- Company stock option plan
- 401(k) with company contribution
- Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
- Robust parental leave
- On-site team lunches & events
- Growth and learning budget
- A chance to build something that matters
