Job Description
Position Overview
Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution, and basic setup of office equipment, supplies, and other goods. This full-time role offers daytime hours from Monday to Friday and is part of a legacy of innovation and excellence at Xerox.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and shipping Xerox products, equipment, and various goods
- Utilize computers extensively for data entry
- Load and unload vehicles
- Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery
- Check all orders for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed
- Support inventory management as required
Required Qualifications
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using smartphones, tablets, and/or laptops
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
- Driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds
- Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
- Capability to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Experience operating a forklift
