Warehouse associate - Jacksonville, FL

Position Overview

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution, and basic setup of office equipment, supplies, and other goods. This full-time role offers daytime hours from Monday to Friday and is part of a legacy of innovation and excellence at Xerox.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and shipping Xerox products, equipment, and various goods
• Utilize computers extensively for data entry
• Load and unload vehicles
• Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery
• Check all orders for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed
• Support inventory management as required

Required Qualifications

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using smartphones, tablets, and/or laptops
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
• Driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds
• Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
• Capability to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Experience operating a forklift
