In this executive leadership role, you'll partner directly with the President/CEO to drive the credit union's strategic direction while overseeing key functions including:

• ✅ Marketing & Brand Strategy
• ✅ Business Development
• ✅ Community Relations
• ✅ Governmental Affairs
• ✅ Business Intelligence
• ✅ Strategic Planning
• ✅ Project Management

What You'll Do

As a member of the C-Level leadership team, you will:

• Help define and execute the vision and strategic goals of Kinetic Credit Union.
• Lead initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and member engagement.
• Oversee marketing, community involvement, business development, and public relations efforts.
• Provide leadership and guidance to multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen the credit union's competitive position.
• Build relationships with community organizations, government entities, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Assists in the development of sales processes to support marketing initiatives and deepen member relationships.
