Retail Event Marketing Manager - Full-time

Position Overview

Leaf Filter is seeking a District Retail Marketing Manager to oversee teams of retail marketers at ten area stores. The role is responsible for building brand awareness and generating sales leads through local retail partnerships while managing multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have multi‐unit retail management experience, strong local recruiting skills, and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality. Expected local travel is up to 50% with required weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads.
• Schedule and manage a team of Retail Marketers across the assigned territory.
• Oversee budgeting and staffing within retail affiliates.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Retail Marketers while establishing clear KPIs.
• Track and report retail metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation and management in direct-to-consumer industries.
• Strong recruiting, training, and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-unit retail management experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
