Role and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods within the warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and optimizing workflows, all while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

  • Receive, inspect, and safely store incoming products and materials.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner to move materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels using warehouse management systems.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations and increase efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or distribution environments.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Basic computer skills to manage inventory and generate reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, especially in manufacturing or the snack food industry.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate ranging from $16 to $35, based on experience and qualifications (for a 40-hour workweek).
