Position Overview
Bonanza Cannabis is seeking a qualified Sales Representative to grow its Recreational Market client list in Upstate New York. This role requires a quick learner with strong negotiating skills who can generate leads, build relationships, and close deals by giving compelling sales presentations, cold calling, and meeting with purchasing managers. This is a fast-paced, full-time position geared toward a motivated, personable, and professional candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Bonanza Cannabis products and services with thorough product knowledge and deep understanding of customer needs.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate leads, build strong relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and cold calls while handling objections with finesse.
- Maintain daily visits, calls, and emails with clients throughout Upstate New York while scheduling and planning work effectively.
- Coordinate with sales management and production teams to ensure sales objectives are met and orders processed effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older
- 3-5 years in outside sales or a promotional setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software
- Personal integrity and professionalism
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven success in a sales or promotional role
