Job Description

Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in managing and improving our digital platforms. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives to maintain and enhance our website, execute SEO/GEO strategies, manage email campaigns, and create visually compelling marketing assets. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in our Philadelphia office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Oversee website maintenance, coordinate edits with internal teams and vendors, and ensure content accuracy and functionality.
  • SEO/GEO Optimization: Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and local visibility; monitor performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Email Marketing: Develop, schedule, and track email campaigns; analyze performance metrics and optimize for engagement and conversions.
  • Graphic Design: Create and edit marketing materials including digital graphics, email templates, and web assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Webinar Coordination: Assist in scheduling, promoting, and managing webinars including technical setup and post-event follow-up.
  • CRM & Sales Enablement Collaboration: Work closely with CRM and sales enablement teams to align campaigns, lead tracking, and marketing automation.
  • Marketing Automation: Support workflows and lead nurturing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot or similar.
  • Paid Media Coordination: Assist with paid search (PPC), display ads, and social advertising campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and SEO metrics; prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate on blog posts, landing pages, and other digital content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all digital content meets compliance requirements and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
