You will empathize with clients, resolve outstanding issues, renegotiate agreement terms, and sell additional products that meet customers' business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Use active listening and empathy to own customer issues through to resolution.
- Communicate a professional sense of urgency across departments to rectify issues.
- Minimize customer churn by strategically offering product bundles and competitive pricing.
- Proactively contact clients at high churn points (e.g. 3-6 months prior to contract expiration) to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance—including working nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer accounts.
- Promote new products and services to enhance customer lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-5 Years of relevant work experience.
- Must reside in Comcast's West Division (Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming).
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with a dedicated home office meeting requirements (quiet work area, steady work surface, comfortable chair, adequate lighting, and a minimum 100mbps hardwired internet connection).
- Proven active listening, empathy, and problem solving skills with excellent communication.
- Adaptability, professional integrity, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
