Position Overview
The IT Data Analyst position is responsible for documenting business requirements, creating user stories, building wireframes, collecting detailed data and process rules, assisting in building data solutions, performing quality assurance, implementing, and maintaining our data platforms such as Master Data Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Data Integration. Reporting to the VP of IT Business Intelligence & Planning Systems, this role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience by collaborating with cross‐functional teams. Working in an agile environment, you will architect, design, plan, and implement data platforms across multiple technologies while serving as the primary point of contact for new feature releases and day-to-day operations.

Compensation: $30.00+
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead by working with business owners to identify process and workflow improvements.
- Document current processes and provide optimal alternatives.
- Participate in systems design, configuration, integration, automation, testing, and implementation activities.
- Own all technical aspects of the data platform’s solution configurations, integrations, maintenance, and support activities.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop configurations and integrations with third-party tools, in-house apps, custom fields, and workflows.
- Manage new feature deployments, including internal testing, UAT with business leads, and rollout of changes.
- Work with business teams to define and create relevant metrics, reports, and dashboards in the data systems.
- Troubleshoot support issues with detailed mitigation plans.
- Ensure proper implementation of user access and security roles.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in business requirements gathering, process documentation, creating user stories and mockups, testing, and implementing web applications.
- Extensive experience working with data using SQL.
- Ability to work with modern technologies and integrated stacks across multiple IT teams and locations.
- Experience in designing and building Master Data Management applications is preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn the features and inner workings of critical applications such as ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Communication, and Collaboration.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, highly collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both business and IT teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
