Position Overview

McCormick Taylor, Inc. is a full-service professional services consulting firm providing creative design, planning, and environmental solutions since 1946. Our internship program is designed to provide real‐world marketing experience in the A/E/C industry, where interns support research, data maintenance, and promotional activities. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and contribute to the firm’s success. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Data: Develop knowledge of the Vantagepoint database; support data maintenance and reporting; audit, verify, and update marketing contacts; reconcile and segment contact lists; contribute to the development of processes for ongoing data maintenance; audit and report on data in pursuit stages; perform general data entry and reporting duties.
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends, markets, clients, competitors, and other needs; study key client prequalification cycles including requirements and deadlines; identify potential project opportunities.
  • Promotional Activities: Review, edit, and develop marketing content and collateral; collaborate on social media and website content strategies; support preparations for tradeshow exhibiting.

Required Qualifications

  • Some College Coursework Completed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and curious about marketing in the A/E/C industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media strategies and platforms
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
