Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage and organize digital files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and accurate record-keeping.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Respond to and manage incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
