RN - Critical Care

Position Overview

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring for an RN – Critical Care role in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role is ideal for nurses experienced in areas such as arrhythmia management, bariatric care, CODE situations, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, burn care, chest tube management, ECMO, external pacemaker usage, high acuity, intra‐aortic balloon pump management, MICU, Neuro ICU, post‐MI thermo care, post‐cardiac surgery care, post‐neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA administration, transplant, or vascular intervention.

Shifts available include day shift, night shift, and mid shift with opportunities for full time, part time, and per diem schedules.

Compensation: $61,340 to $100,360 /year

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Required Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU)
• ACLS certification
