Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee

Position Overview

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. In this role, you will enroll in a 12-month sales training program that combines classroom training at the award winning Reynolds University in Dayton, OH with on-field experience. You will learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills while working closely with an assigned Sales Mentor.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 12-month training program that includes both classroom and field-based learning.
• Attend courses in dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills at Reynolds University.
• Work with an assigned Sales Mentor, observing the sales process and assisting on calls.
• Travel 80-100% of the time with customer service and installation teams to gain in-depth product knowledge.
• Upon completion of training, relocate to an assigned territory and achieve designated monthly and annual sales quotas.

Required Qualifications

• High levels of motivation, work ethic, and the desire to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• No previous sales experience required – training will be provided.
