MARKETING AND PR COORDINATOR

Position Overview

The Marketing and PR Coordinator supports the creation and execution of local advertising, social media, direct mail, online, and in-house marketing campaigns for MDM Group hotels. Located at JW Marriott Marquis Miami, this role ensures adherence to marketing standards, coordinates PR projects and property requests (such as film productions and photo shoots), and manages social media channels. Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies across diverse platforms ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate and execute property requests for film production, photo shoots, and similar activities.
• Manage social media channels and liaise with external public relations firms.
• Support hotel revenue objectives by facilitating creative marketing projects.
• Uphold company policies, ensuring professional guest interactions and adherence to quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Familiarity with marketing functions including creative execution, media evaluation, production, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies.
