Position Overview
TSMC Arizona Corporation offers an opportunity to work at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States.
TSMC Arizona's first fab will operate its leading-edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process) starting production in the first half of 2025.
Subsequent fabs will utilize N3, N2, and even 2nm or more advanced process technologies.

In this role, you will conduct technical and strategic management of talent acquisition operations, systems, and global projects while overseeing integration of advanced recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Lead the technical management of the talent acquisition function by optimizing workflows and refining processes using advanced technology and systems.
- Administer and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruitment technologies to ensure robust data integrity.
- Implement and integrate new technological solutions to streamline recruitment processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for complex, globally scaled initiatives, including scope, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones, deadlines, and high-quality standards.
- Oversee project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring delivery within financial constraints.
- Build and maintain data reporting in Excel for recruiting functions and various business units.
- Design and deliver training programs for the talent acquisition team.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including employee credential creation and account setup for payroll and learning management systems.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and manage Policy, Procedure, Control Instruction, and Standard Operating Procedures for the Talent Acquisition and Operations Department.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Must have a minimum of a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Global Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience Required: 2 years of experience managing global projects—including regions such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, and China—as well as 2 years in semiconductor global talent analytics, semiconductor-specific global data and marketing analytics, and HR Information Systems Integration (SAP and Peoplesoft with custom-built systems).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP, ADP, RP, Peoplesoft, Talent Neuron, First Advantage, and High Match is required.
- Requirements: Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona facility.
