Job Description
Control Systems Engineer | Washington State (Full-Time, Direct Hire)
Adecco has partnered in an engaged search with a large, well-known food manufacturing company seeking to add a Control Systems Engineer to their corporate engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and SCADA systems (Ignition & Allen‑Bradley PLCs).
- Build, support, and optimize MES tools such as downtime tracking and production reporting.
- Lead controls and automation work on capital projects.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve process control systems to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in controls or automation (or 15+ years without a degree).
- Strong experience with Inductive Automation Ignition (Vision & Perspective).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with MES systems and managing SCADA environments.
- Background in working within database management systems (DBMS) environments.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
