Job Description

Position Overview

Addison Group is hiring for a growing healthcare organization committed to outstanding employee and patient experiences. As the HR Business Partner for the western region, you will act as the primary HR resource, guiding employee engagement, leadership development, and HR program implementation. You'll oversee enterprise initiatives including compensation (Pay: $85,000 - $105,000 annually + 10% bonus), performance management, and rewards programs. This full-time, Direct-Hire role based in Denver, CO offers a flexible hybrid schedule (1 day in office per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main HR partner for the western region, working with leaders to enhance team performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee company-wide programs in compensation, rewards, recognition, and performance management.
  • Identify leadership skill gaps and coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Mentor and support HR team members and assist with enterprise-wide HR projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in clinical or healthcare support settings.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred).
  • Broad knowledge of HR functions including compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
