In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process—from initial ideation and sketching to 3D modeling, prototyping, and preparing designs for manufacturing. With Experience Required: 3-6 years and Salary: $70,000 - $95,000, you will work in a Schedule: Hybrid environment (3 days in office) on a full-time contract. Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative product concepts from ideation to manufacturing readiness.
  • Create detailed design specifications, 3D models, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to refine product designs.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure designs meet brand standards and consumer needs.
  • Apply user research, market trends, and technical feasibility into actionable designs.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and rendering software (e.g., Keyshot, V-Ray).
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with strong sketching and ideation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, etc.) and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A compelling digital portfolio showcasing your industrial design process—from concept and sketches to 3D renders and physical prototypes.
