Position Overview
As a representative for Violet Crown Solutions, you will begin your career at the entry level. We are looking to hire full time individuals to become a part of our team as marketing/client representatives. The positions offer rapid advancement into management and supervisor roles based solely on merit. You will be trained for management where your earning potential is compounded and you’ll learn innovative business operating concepts. Trained, highly motivated, proactive representatives are invaluable to us.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Violet Crown Solutions as a marketing/client representative.
- Provide exceptional customer service and client engagement.
- Take initiative by handling tasks and driving campaign success.
- Advance into management and supervisory roles based on merit.
- Embrace continuous learning and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- MUST be at least 18 years of age.
- MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
- MUST have FULL time availability (Part time positions are NOT available).
- MUST have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- PREFERRED customer service and/or previous management experience.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and potential.
