The ID Travel Group, a luxury travel wholesaler specializing in five-star sun-and-sand vacations, is seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Larchmont, NY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple deadlines with precision, and brings both strong communication skills and visual creativity to their work.

The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a critical role in executing marketing communications, print and digital collateral, email campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Extremely detail-oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; writing samples will be requested
  • Superior writing, editing, and grammatical skills, including experience reviewing creative and marketing materials
  • Strong creative skills, with hands-on experience using Canva for marketing and visual content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact preferred; others acceptable)
  • Social media savvy, with experience managing or supporting platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and WordPress
  • Graphic design experience a plus, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Interest in travel, luxury brands, and hospitality strongly preferred
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
  • Some international travel required

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials across print and digital channels
  • Assist in creating and executing weekly client email campaigns and manage ongoing email communications with hotel partners and suppliers
  • Work directly with hotel suppliers to secure marketing participation, including brochure placements, co-op marketing initiatives, and digital exposure
  • Create digital marketing assets such as banner ads and visual content to support campaigns, promotions, and partner initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to update hotel pricing and support e-marketing strategies
  • Manage and track marketing projects from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table to enhance marketing campaigns, processes, and brand visibility
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing collateral and materials for global events, trade shows, and company-hosted initiatives
  • Assist with organizing, packaging, and shipping marketing collateral and materials for events, partners, and internal needs
  • Communicate closely and consistently with the Business Development team to support sales efforts with timely, accurate, and on-brand marketing collateral
  • Maintain organized inventories of marketing materials, assets, and tracking spreadsheets
  • Assist in updating website content
  • Assist with updating and maintaining social media platforms
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
  • Greet and meet with visiting suppliers at the Larchmont office

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year
