Position Overview

American New Logistics, a sub-brand of ANL Group, specializes in end-to-end logistics solutions from China to the United States. As a full-service freight company with its own fleet and an extensive carrier network, ANL provides complete trucking, drayage, and reliable warehousing services. In this full-time on-site role based in LONG BEACH CALIFORNIA, you will serve as a Customs Broker responsible for managing customs compliance, processing necessary documentation, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensuring the efficient clearance of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customs compliance and process necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies for shipment clearance.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide superior service.
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export compliance, and trade laws.
• Proficiency in logistics coordination, freight management, and transportation processes.
• Skill in documentation, record keeping, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as customs clearance systems and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Long Beach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
