As part of our Growth Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in leading subscriber acquisition efforts across multiple streaming products by developing performance-driven strategies that fuel global expansion.
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about influencer marketing, pop culture, digital trends, and the evolving social landscape, with a particular focus on APAC markets. This position sits within the global Influencer Marketing team, where you will partner closely with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
You will support all facets of influencer-driven advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, including:
- Talent discovery and vetting.
- Campaign coordination and asset management.
- Performance tracking to ensure strong results.

Qualifications
- Fluency in: Japanese and English.
- 1-3 years of experience in: influencer marketing, creator management, or social media marketing.
- Understanding of: paid social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat).
- Strong communication skills with: the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented: and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects.
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
- Basic knowledge of: influencer campaign operations and creator management.
- Familiarity with: digital trends, pop culture, and emerging social behaviors.
- Analytical mindset: with the ability to interpret data and inform insights.
- Bachelor's degree: (does not need to be in marketing).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience or established relationships with agencies or influencers in Japan.
- Knowledge of Smartly (training available).
- Interest in innovation, creative problem-solving, and experimenting with new digital approaches.
- Sense of humor and a collaborative, positive outlook.
