Job Description

Position Overview

Join SunPower as an Appointment Setter in anEntry Levelrole based in Indianapolis, IN, working as part of Blue Raven Solar Sales. In this field‐based position, you’ll engage directly with homeowners, generate interest, and schedule appointments with our Sales Representatives through door-to-door outreach. Applicants must have access to a personal vehicle. The schedule is flexible with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Compensation

  • Commission:Unlimited income potential with top earners making well over $100k per year, plus incentive trips and extra bonus incentives.
  • During a 4-week training period, you will earn a competitive rate of $20 per hour (*must hit the minimum requirements to qualify).
  • If your earned commission exceeds your hourly pay in any given week, you will receive the higher amount!

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Interest – Engage homeowners in friendly conversations and introduce them to our solar solutions.
  • Schedule Appointments – Set up meetings for our Sales Representatives to discuss solar benefits.
  • Maintain a Professional Approach – Interact with homeowners in a respectful and informative manner.

Required Qualifications

  • No Experience Necessary – Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Door-to-Door – Be prepared to actively engage with potential customers in the field.
  • Communication Skills – Ability to connect and converse effectively.
  • Mobility – Reliable transportation and readiness to be on your feet.
