Entry-Level Construction

About the Role

PCC Enterprises is seeking motivated entry-level construction and facility maintenance workers who are eager to learn and grow in the trades.

This role is ideal for young adults looking to gain hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and facilities projects throughout the DC–Baltimore region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks and site support
• Support facility maintenance and basic repairs
• Participate in site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Follow safety procedures and jobsite protocols
• Travel to worksites across the DC–Baltimore region
• Communicate with supervisors via phone and email

Minimum Requirements

• Brief resume or written description of work experience
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to communicate via phone and email
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Ability to perform physical labor

Preferred (Not Required)

• Construction or maintenance experience
• Familiarity with hand tools
• Interest in long-term growth in construction or facilities
