The Computer Support Assistants are an important part of the Help Desk team, which is the primary hub of technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.</p>
 <p style="line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 15px;">As a Computer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Help Desk Support Specialists. Duties include:</p>

 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Answering users' questions</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Training users on basic system and computer functions</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Addressing system and user issues</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner</li>
 </ul>
