Position Overview

This remote Inbound Customer Service Representative role involves handling incoming calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, explaining benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures. Compensation: Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with opportunities to earn more, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system.
• Provide explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures.
• Interface professionally with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to train and work in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with various applications.
• Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to learn basic medical terminology.
