About the Role
This role reports directly to the Ecommerce Manager and is part of a small, collaborative team focused on driving overall marketing and sales growth.
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn ideas into high-performing campaigns. You’ll take ownership of our email channel—building campaigns, optimizing flows, and driving revenue using Shopify and Klaviyo.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute revenue-driving email campaigns
- Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging using Klaviyo
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team on promotions and launches
- Analyze performance and continuously improve results
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, and creative
- Manage the email marketing calendar
- Maintain list health and deliverability
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2–4 years of email marketing experience (ecommerce preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and creative skillset
- Proven ability to generate revenue through email
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with DIY or woodworking is a big plus
- Experience in the woodworking tools industry — we want to talk to you immediately
